She finds out what's wrong, checks the service area, books into open slots or texts the on-call tech in under 60 seconds, escalates emergencies, and logs everything. English + Spanish. Can also greet visitors from your Google/Facebook ads and service links with what they clicked on and track which ad each booking came from (set up per shop, on request). Setup from $1,000, refunded in full if she doesn't book at least 3 jobs you'd otherwise have missed in the first 30 days; flat monthly fee after that.
